The wait is almost over! The long-anticipated opening of Anthropologie in downtown Spokane is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, September 4.
Anthropologie, located at 808 W Main across from Nordstrom, specializes in unique women's apparel and accessories, as well as beauty and home furnishings.
Each Anthropologie location is designed to be unique and the Spokane store, with 7,000 square feet of space, has a modern rustic feel with features including exposed wooden beams and pendant lighting crafted from white linen and steel. Artistic touches, such as paneling salvaged from a 1930s Belgian theatre, are visible throughout the space.
To celebrate the opening, Anthropologie will hold a private preview and shopping event tonight, Thursday, September 3. Ten percent of proceeds will benefit the Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture, an organization that aims to inspire and foster understanding of history, cultures, and art of the Inland Northwest. For more information, visit www.northwestmuseum.org.
Store hours will be Monday-Saturday, 10am to 8pm, Sunday 11am to 6pm.
